Responsibilities

About the Job:

Provide Technical support all throughout the Manufacturing process from conception to Manufacturing destination. We are looking for a person with specialized expertise and technical ability in Testing and troubleshooting of Signal Generators. You will be providing multi-disciplinary support to engineers to resolve a wide range of technical issues associated with production.

Engage with a cross-functional team of global Engineers, Technicians, and skilled Operators to build and developnewproductsand solutions.We are proud to be a collaborative team committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads hands-on troubleshooting initiative down to the component level
  • Executes extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting and remote control of test and measurement equipment
  • Interfaces with Production team to develop troubleshooting techniques
  • Initiates first line of contact for firmware, software, and program issues
  • Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teamsand provide general production support
  • Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering and have the ability to provide constructive and collaborative feedback.
  • Lead communication and provides updates on daily activities to the entire team.
  • Manage, create and documents Root Cause Analysis providing feedback to engineering.
  • Collaborate during New Project, Transfer,and Product meetings.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 to5 years' experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Must be able to perform troubleshooting down to the component level.
  • Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent) is required.
  • knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting and remote control of test & measurement equipment.
  • A solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Understandingof the Product Lifecycle.
  • Hands on assemblyexperience.
  • RF and Microwave technical knowledge.

Pay Range:

USD $65,730.00 - USD $109,550.00 Year
