Ready to take the wheel and drive our auction lot to success? We're on the lookout for a Supervisor, Lot Operations to keep our vehicle flow smooth and our team firing on all cylinders. If you're a logistics whiz with a passion for the automotive world, this role is your fast lane to success!

What You'll Do:

  • Shift: Sunday - Thursday
  • Daily Operations: Ensure the lot runs like a well-oiled machine before and after sales.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the activities of lot drivers, check-in personnel, and lane captains.
  • Vehicle Management: Make sure vehicles are staged, moved, and parked efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Deliver top-notch service and resolve any issues that pop up.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep lot equipment in top shape and ready to roll.
  • Problem Solving: Monitor lot damage and work with the Operations Manager to fix any issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with various departments to prepare vehicles for sale.
  • Employee Supervision: Lead your team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Safety Commitment: Model and enforce all safety procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review work volumes and staffing levels to maintain efficiency and quality.


Qualifications:

Minimum

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
  • Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization


Preferred

  • Experience in automobile industry or the Auction business desired
  • Degree in related discipline strongly desired

USD 49,200.00 - 73,800.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $49,200.00 - $73,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
