We're currently hiring a Spanish-speaking Mental Health Therapist to serve students on-site at San Lorenzo Unified School District. This is a full-time, W-2 role with salary, benefits, and a schedule that aligns with the school calendar. What You'll Do As an on-site school-based therapist, you will: Deliver evidence-based therapy to K-12 students. Collaborate with school staff, counselors, and community partners. Build trusted relationships with students and their families. Provide psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers. Participate in case consultations and clinical team meetings. Contribute feedback to strengthen Daybreak's clinical programs. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or associate-level license (ASW, AMFT, APCC) Spanish fluency required Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents Technological proficiency and comfort with EHR platforms Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Availability during key school hours (typically Mon-Fri, 3-8 PM PT) Preferred: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based practices Background in school-based or youth-centered environments Active NPI and CAQH profile Join Us If you're ready to build a more equitable future for students through accessible mental health care, Daybreak Health offers the platform and support you need.
