Gorman & Company is seeking a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Elisabetta, a 91-unit LIHTC housing community. Your Impact:

As a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to for keeping our property running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:

Work with our maintenance team to perform grounds maintenance tasks, including lawn services, shrub and garden maintenance, insecticide spraying, and cleanup.
Outdoor building maintenance - painting, light bulbs, installing, and/or maintaining fences.
Assist outside contractors and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Assist in the supplies inventory control and upkeep of all ground equipment.
Complete corrective maintenance by completing service requests.
Assist with unit preparation, including painting, cleaning, repairing, and/or replacing appliances, plumbing, and/or electrical fixtures.
Emergency maintenance/On-Call when needed.

What You'll Bring:

Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance is required.
Excellent mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate lawn equipment.
Must be able to read work orders/service requests.
Good safety habits.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
