Bilingual Household Goods Coordinator

Staffmark is seeking a Bilingual Household Goods Coordinator to lead a moving team in the packing, transportation, and unpacking of customer belongings.
This role requires excellent leadership, customer service, and bilingual (Japanese/English) communication skills. The ideal candidate will have logistics experience and the ability to manage physical and administrative aspects of household moves.

Pay: Starting at $20/hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Some Saturdays are required during peak seasons (3 times per year); overtime available

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate daily moving operations with drivers and helpers
  • Ensure accurate packing, loading, transport, and unpacking of goods
  • Maintain professional customer interactions
  • Translate between Japanese and English as needed
  • Complete shipment documentation accurately
  • Drive company vehicles (non-CDL) safely
  • Provide general business and administrative support



Qualifications



  • Languages: Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Experience: At least 2 years in logistics or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Availability: Flexible schedule with some overtime and weekend work required during peak seasons
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Effective communication with multilingual staff
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Customer-service driven
