Do you take pride in providing outstanding customer support? Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client in Monroe, LA.
This is your chance to grow professionally in a supportive environment while helping customers with care, accuracy, and efficiency.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with questions and service requests
  • Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide accurate quotes for products and services
  • Ensure a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or front-desk/reception experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer and office software
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
