- YOU HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related engineering field (Materials Science degree is a bonus). * Ideally 3+ years of relevant work experience. * Experience in hydronic system design. - * Basic knowledge of reading electric schematics and experience of electrical and electromechanical component selection are desired.
* Experience in heat transfer, different type heat exchanger design and sizing, and fluid dynamics is a strongly desired. * Experience in design and failure analysis tools such as DFMEA, DFM, RCCM etc. * Ability to design components and assemblies using 3D CAD systems (i.e. SolidWorks). * Knowledge of psychometric analysis and refrigeration a plus. * Experience in NPI Stage Gate process and ERP system is a plus.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
