Warehouse Supervisor

If so, we're looking for someone like you to lead our warehouse and delivery operations as a Warehouse Supervisor in Green Bay, WI.

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for managing day-to-day shipping, receiving, warehousing, and deliveries. You'll lead a team of 15 - 20 dedicated staff, helping them grow through recruitment, training, and performance coaching while maintaining a positive, high-performance culture. Your leadership will ensure our products move efficiently from our doors to our customers' jobsites - with accuracy, safety, and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who can juggle a variety of moving parts: overseeing inventory, coordinating delivery routes, optimizing truck loads, and keeping operations compliant with DOT and company standards. You'll manage maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment, ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics, and roll up your sleeves to jump in when needed. You'll also occasionally travel to support our branch locations and make sure everything is aligned across the board.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience and supervisory know-how.
• An associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong technical and software proficiency, especially with logistics and inventory systems.
• A commitment to safety, team development, and continuous improvement.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and keep up in an active environment.
