Buffalo Rock manages the best beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. Buffalo Rock Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Experience Intern to join our team. Working with both the Employee Experience and Communication departments, this internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance workplace culture and internal engagement. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments. This role will support various employee-focused projects and communications efforts that align with Buffalo Rock's commitment to providing a best-in-class workplace experience. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. * Assist in the coordinating efforts between Employee Experience and Communication team to maintain continuous communication efforts for projects needed. * Assist with the continuous improvement of onboarding process and materials as well as other programs, i.e., Loyalty Bonus presentations, temporary Employee-Partner process etc. * Assist with auditing data inputted into the HRIS and other systems to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate. * Assist in recruiting efforts, including but not limited to physical attendance at interview sessions and job fairs. * Assist in talent development efforts including but not limited to the scheduling of video shoots and learning management system data input and reporting. * Assist with project or presentation logistics (i.e., length, deadline, asset list creation, initial presentation layout, etc.) Provide support in creation when needed. * Conceptualize graphic design projects as needed for internal or external use. Assist in revisioning assets when needed. * Assist in communication development, editing, and proofing. * Required to complete other activities assigned. Other Duties and Responsibilities * Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company. * Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Required education and experience * Education: o High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate): Required o Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field: Required * Computer Skills: o Must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams. Ability to operate office equipment i.e., pc. Requires demonstrated ability to use advanced techniques in spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. * Other Skills: o Excellent knowledge and ability to apply AP writing style: Preferred o Knowledge of communications and marketing best practices: Preferred o Knowledge of basic video filming & editing: Preferred o Event planning experience: Preferred.
