The Manager, Advertising Analytics will be expected to:

  • Work with internal and external teams to manage weekly, monthly and quarterly advertising reporting while pioneering new opportunities and methodologies in advertising measurement.

  • Develop and execute methods of predicting and confirming the impact of constantly evolving measurement plans.

  • Apply basic and sophisticated computational, statistical, and modeling techniques in support of decision-making to drive key performance indicators.

  • Develop and present insight to leadership and key business stakeholders.

  • Serve as analytics leader by educating and coaching direct and indirect team members as appropriate.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Own analytics relationship with media agency, fostering and influencing a culture of continuous improvement and driving positive value creation.

  • Develop and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key business stakeholders, ensuring recommendations align with business outcomes and strategic objectives.

  • Partner with channel owners to design, refine and maintain processes for data analysis, including but not limited to floodlight/pixel management. This includes connecting media partners with internal data through tagging/APIs and partnering with internal and external analytics vendors to identify appropriate data sources and measure project success.

  • Lead and support the growth of the analyst team through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Analytics or related quantitative field Required

  • Master's Degree Statistics, Analytics, or related quantitative field Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 4-6 years Relevant experience Required

  • 1-3 years People leadership Required

Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with and understanding of linear and digital environments (high proficiency).

  • Experience with digital media platforms (Trade Desk, DV360, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, etc.) (high proficiency).

  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively (high proficiency).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to story-tell and present to all levels of leadership (high proficiency).

  • Experience working with industry leading intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, SQL) (medium proficiency).

  • Highly adaptable with excellent time management skills in fast-paced, evolving environment (high proficiency).
