This individual serves as a member of the Finance team and serves as the assigned financial liaison for various business units. Provides management with financial reporting and analysis that is used for strategic and tactical decision making. Works with various levels of management within the business units as well as corporate stakeholders to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts or techniques related to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results. Roles & Responsibilities Supports business unit leads and senior-level directors / managers Serves as finance lead for assigned business unit focused on compiling and analyzing relevant financial information Prepares and presents bookings and financial review reporting on a weekly or monthly basis to appropriate stakeholders Assists in preparation and analysis of annual budgets and long-range plans Prepares consolidated forecasts and analyzes trends in bookings, revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas, as appropriate for the business unit Researches, analyzes and synthesizes data from multiple sources into business information as directed and by self-identification of business information needs Works with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end users Performs month-end review of results to ensure accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Adaptive Planning Superior Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
