Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and tracking of projects related to the development, production, and delivery of HVAC equipment for data centers. This role involves managing diverse internal business initiatives, including product development, system integration, and capital expenditure projects. The Project Manager will ensure that all projects align with organizational objectives, meet high-quality standards, and are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Strategy:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Align project objectives with company strategies, particularly in the data center sector.
- Project Execution and Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, procurement, finance, sales, and quality assurance to achieve project goals.
- Track project progress, performance, and milestones, proactively addressing any challenges or risks.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications.
- Provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration and effective communication between project teams, customers, and external partners.
- Resource and Budget Management:
- Effectively allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts or constraints.
- Maintain adherence to company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
- Implement quality assurance processes to deliver reliable, high-performance products.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks continuously, addressing issues promptly to maintain project success.
- BA/BS in Business Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be qualifying.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in manufacturing management or construction management environments is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
