Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC as a Financial Education Associate, within the newly developed LeoCorps program., You will be guided to start your career for all the possibilities that RBC WM US and the financial services industry has to offer. At the conclusion of this three-year program, you will have options to become a next-generation financial advisor, branch professional, or within a corporate functions career. This program targets high-potential individuals interested in joining the financial services industry with a passion for growing, sharing their knowledge and that have an entrepreneurial spirit. The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000-$85,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
