We are seeking
a highly skilled Electronic Warfare (EW) Specialist with expertise in Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) and the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB) to support our innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: * TechELINT Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret technical electronic intelligence data to identify and characterize radar and non-communications emitters. * EWIRDB Management: Develop, maintain, and update EWIRDB files, ensuring accurate and comprehensive parametric data for various emitters. * Mission Data Set Development: Rapidly reprogram EW systems by creating mission data sets based on the latest intelligence to support effective mission planning. * Operational Support: Provide critical EWIRDB data to support mission planning tools, ensuring optimal performance of EW systems in diverse operational scenarios. * Threat Assessment: Conduct threat assessments and provide detailed reports to support operational decision-making and threat mitigation strategies. * Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior EW professionals on the use and interpretation of TechELINT and EWIRDB data. * Tool Development: Collaborate with software developers to enhance and refine mission planning tools, ensuring seamless integration with EWIRDB and other intelligence databases. * Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in electronic warfare and contribute to the continuous improvement of EWIRDB processes and tools. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic warfare, with a focus on TechELINT and EWIRDB. * Skills: * Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting ELINT data. * Strong understanding of EWIRDB and its applications. * Experience with mission planning software and EW systems. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. *Top Skills Details* CED, EWIRDB, TechELINT, Signals Analysis *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
