*Description*
Our client is constantly upgrading their distribution networks for initiatives such as Grid Modernization, Advanced Meter Infrastructure, Distribution Automation, etc. With these and other consistent initiatives occurring, they have a team that is dedicated to supporting/implementing new projects/processes that relate back to new initiatives/technologies. We are currently in need of Project Management support over a new initiative. The team's immediate need is for a resource to help with project management, process development/writing, and job aid/training development. This will involve them performing a ton of cross functional team coordination with SMEs and becoming familiar with the tools and work flows they utilize. This Project Manager will be responsible for working with the team of engineers to create Standard Operating Procedures and Job Aids. The majority of the work will be created in Microsoft Suite and the resource may also be asked to assist in rolling out the new documents, job aids, and trainings to field employees. In addition, this resource will have high level PM duties not limited to tracking/reporting specific milestones, providing database updates, identifying and evaluating metrics, making sure that individual tasks are maintained to a project schedule, etc. *Top Skills Details* 1. 5+ years of Functional Project Management experience (not limited to project/metric tracking, stakeholder coordination, process improvement/enforcement, etc.) 2. Experience creating procedures/processes through SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Job Aids, training decks, etc. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to build cross functional relationships. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $67.00/hr.
