General Summary: Design university publications, advertisements, social media, interactive and related graphic and interactive projects.
Maintain the visual image and standards of the university. Works closely with the other designers, photographer, writers, and editors to produce materials to enhance the image of the university. Provides conceptual design and manages production for a wide range of academic publications, advertising, promotional materials, direct mail, social media, branding and other promotional material. Examples of Duties:
Qualifications: BFA in graphic design required and 5-7 years of professional marketing, graphic design experience. Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles and practices and the different software utilized in graphic design. Exceptional familiarity with typography, printing, production, and photography. Knowledge of graphic techniques, methods and technology used in the industry. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to produce large volume of high-quality printed pieces under tight time constraints while meeting deadlines.
