Staffmark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives for a top-tier company in the fiber optics industry. This is your chance to join a growing, well-respected organization and drive a culture of safety excellence across diverse operations and job sites.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000/yr.

Schedule: 7am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and enhance company-wide safety and environmental programs
  • Deliver safety training and ensure OSHA compliance across the board
  • Investigate incidents, analyze safety trends, and drive preventive measures
  • Oversee workers' compensation and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct facility and job site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards
  • Manage safety documentation systems and compliance tracking
  • Represent safety interests in client pre-bid meetings and develop HASPs




Qualifications:



  • 7-10 years' experience in safety management, EHS, or OSHA compliance
  • Industry background in utilities, fiber optics, or telecommunications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety training best practices
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and safety tracking systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and root cause analysis skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
