Marketing Technology Program Manager - 5+ years experience

Marketing Technology Team

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.


Summary
Join a dynamic marketing technology team focused on building innovative, bespoke solutions that support global digital services campaigns. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact tools and programs that enable effective communication and measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly influence how marketing programs are executed at scale across diverse platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or project management
  • Passion for digital innovation with a strong foundation in campaign management and solution-oriented thinking
  • Proficient in marketing platforms, API integrations, CMS systems, and creative tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe CC
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, web technologies, and emerging engineering systems
  • Skilled in collaborating with creative, engineering, and product marketing teams
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple high-priority, high-visibility projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrates risk management awareness, presentation skills, and a solution-focused mindset


Job Description

In this role, you will drive the development and execution of marketing technology solutions that support large-scale global marketing initiatives.

You'll partner with engineering, design, product marketing, and external partners to gather requirements, deliver tools, and launch solutions that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes landing page and creative asset management, affiliate marketing support, tool implementation, and executive-level reporting.

You will also manage project timelines, communicate performance, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and provide education/documentation for new and existing platforms, supporting the overall success of the marketing technology team.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
  • Background in project/campaign management, digital marketing, and marketing technology
  • Experience with web technologies, mobile ecosystems (Apple, Android, Chrome), and partner platforms

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $82.00 - $86.40 per hour

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
