Quality Manager

$85,000 - $100,000/year | 1st Shift | Full-Time, Direct Hire

As the Quality Manager, you'll oversee all quality systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Your goal: drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Lead internal and external audits, managing non-conformances and corrective actions
• Implement core quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA
• Monitor supplier quality, track performance, and resolve material issues
• Collaborate across departments to improve process reliability and reduce waste
• Track and report on key quality metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer audits and quality-related issues

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality management, preferably in transformer or electromechanical manufacturing
• Proven knowledge of IATF 16949, automotive quality systems, and quality certification standards
• Certified Internal/External Auditor or Product Quality Certification is a plus
• Strong data analysis, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher)
