A leading retailer is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing sales and customer service team, and drive store success. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at leadership, training, and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales and customer service staff.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily store functions, promotions, and inventory.
  • Sales: Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Customer Services: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent service.
  • Computer System: process orders, check inventory, and check deliveries.
  • Hiring & Scheduling: Interview new employees and manage scheduling, including training, breaks, overtime, and vacation.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct 90-day reviews for new employees, focusing on customer service and sales performance.


Schedule & Compensation:



  • 5-day work week, requires you to work most Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Typical shifts: 10:00am - 7:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm.
  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year base + bonuses on performance.
  • Full benefits package included.
