Learn about our company culture directly from our team. YOU As the Director, User Experience, you will lead our dynamic team of Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of user experience initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving our user-centric design philosophy and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING(% of Time) Leadership and Management: (30%)

Travel This position requires domestic travel up to 10% of the time. Work Status & Location This full-time, exempt position is located in Dallas, TX; or remote with willingness to travel to Dallas frequently. Relocation Relocation is not available for this position.
