The Head of Healthcare Providers Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, performance, and growth of the B2HCP (Business-to-Healthcare Professional) sales organization for Microbiome Labs. This individual will align sales initiatives with broader business objectives, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the organization meets and exceeds its sales goals.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales vision and strategic plan to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational sales targets.

  • Set clear sales goals and communicate them effectively across the organization, ensuring alignment and accountability.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

  • Structure and optimize sales operations and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • Lead the development and management of the sales department budget.

  • Build and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and systems necessary to support a scalable and successful sales organization.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of the sales team.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and other departments to support integrated go-to-market strategies.

  • Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Identify and pursue new customer segments and market opportunities.

  • Serve as a key member of the North America Executive Leadership Team (NAELT).

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to internal stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and strategic direction.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and customer trends, providing actionable insights to leadership and relevant teams.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.

  • Report directly to the General Manager, OHNA.

To succeed you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales leadership experience, in nutraceuticals or related industry.

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.

Salary expected: $165,000-$185,000 base + monthly bonus based on revenue. Salary based on location and years of industry experience
