Service Biller/Dispatcher

Currently, we are seeking a Service Biller/Dispatcher to support our Warminster, PA location. We offer opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:
Billing and invoicing

Closing out work orders and purchase orders

Receive service requests from customers and coworkers

Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion

Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices

Set up and maintain customer profiles in company database

Additional administrative duties such as data entry, filing, etc.

Assist with paperwork and prepare reports

May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors

Requirements:
Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Pleasant phone demeanor

Quick learner and capable decision maker

Must be a team player

Attention to detail

Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook a MUST!)

Stable work history

Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
