• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Create overall management strategy and oversee implementation.
• Will assure the over all look and feel of a site and create a management strategy for keeping content fresh and up to date.

• Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site and page creation, operations, management, and maintenance.
• Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available.
• Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and creating SharePoint Online sites.
• Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Office 365 integration.
• Business Process Automation (Intermediate)- Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).
• Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).
• Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated.
• Ability to design the automation process.
• Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based).
• Basic coding skills (any languages).
• Testing skills to test automated processes.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

• Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $65,500.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
