We are seeking a well-rounded professional with expertise in various specialties as noted below. Candidates must have 2 years of current acute care OR experience in a similar size facility (this hospital is 597 beds). Experience in robotic and ENT procedures, as well as ortho vascular, general thoracic, and neuro procedures, is needed. Familiarity with kidney transplants is essential, as this hospital performs the state's largest number of kidney transplants for dialysis-dependent and diabetic patients.
The position is for a day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (06:30 - 14:30), with a weekend requirement of one weekend per month if needed. On-call duty is required twice monthly, from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, and the candidate must arrive within 30 minutes of being called. The workweek consists of 37.5 hours over a 13-week period.
