Description The Resource Management Director drives staffing tracking and optimization across all Consulting projects globally by ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. This position maintains the balance between available resources and project demands - assessing both current and future needs. By developing and implementing strategic resource management processes, the Resource Management Director helps optimize resource utilization, enhance productivity, and drive overall organizational success. The purpose of resource management is to ensure effective assignment and utilization of delivery resources across all Consulting practice areas to enable superior project delivery and client satisfaction. The role of resource management involves allocating resources, forecasting and planning, monitoring and tracking, and development and documenting of processes. This role will provide strategic oversight into the development of centralized resource and staffing function and help prioritize needs across the functional areas to ensure project continuity to better service Syneos Health Consulting clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $148k to $178k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
