Marketing Technology Program Manager - 5+ years experience

Services Marketing Technology Team

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.


Summary
Join a collaborative and innovative team that creates tailored marketing technology solutions to power global digital campaigns. As part of the Services Marketing Technology team, you'll help shape and execute impactful tools and systems that support strategic initiatives across digital services. This role blends problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and technical fluency to deliver scalable, user-centric marketing solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in project/campaign management, product marketing, or digital marketing
  • Passion for marketing technology with a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration and solution design
  • Proficient in CMS platforms, digital marketing strategies, and tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, web technologies, and API integrations
  • Skilled in collaborating with product, engineering, creative, and marketing teams
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple high-visibility, time-sensitive projects
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Critical thinker with risk management experience and an eye for continuous improvement


Job Description
In this role, you will manage and execute marketing technology projects to support global marketing initiatives.
You'll partner with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and marketing to gather requirements, drive project timelines, and deliver scalable solutions. This includes:



  • Ideating and executing marketing tools and landing pages



  • Supporting testing, messaging, and reporting for partner communications



  • Managing performance updates, executive reporting, and asset delivery



  • Collaborating with engineering to influence the tools roadmap and implement new technologies



  • Acting as a go-to resource for internal teams and external partners for troubleshooting and education



  • Providing documentation and training for new tools and processes




You will also maintain internal systems, oversee creative asset requests, and help guide the evolution of marketing platforms, supporting the team's overall effectiveness.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Background in marketing, product management, communications, or digital tools
  • Experience with digital ecosystems (Apple, Android, Chrome) and affiliate program setup is a plus

  • The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $81.00 - $86.40 per hour
  • This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
