This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role based in Culver City, CA. Summary
We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to lead and launch multi-channel customer communications. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented individual who can optimize customer journeys, improve campaign performance through testing, and work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment. - 5+ years of experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing on a tactical level
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign optimization strategies
- Ability to monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, operations, and tooling
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear, concise communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations is a plus
Job Description
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across services and products.
You'll collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Creative to ensure seamless execution and campaign integrity.
You'll lead the optimization of program performance through A/B testing and experimentation and apply insights to improve operational efficiency.
You'll manage campaign health, troubleshoot operational issues, and proactively recommend improvements to platforms and workflows.
You'll help document processes and contribute to an internal knowledge base of best practices and training materials. Education and Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing automation
- Strong grasp of data-driven marketing strategy and performance metrics
- Prior experience with large-scale enterprise or consumer brands preferred

This opportunity is based in Culver City, CA Hybrid schedule (onsite expectations may vary by team) The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $73.00 - $76.80 per hour This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
