POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager, Treasury DIV/DEPARTMENT NAME: Administration / Finance REPORTS TO: Director, Corporate Risk & Treasury POSITION STATUS: Full-Time WORK LOCATION: CGO Office-Schaumburg, IL WORK STYLE DESIGNATION: Hybrid (+50% Remote) WORK STYLE REQUIREMENT: Remote - 4 days / Onsite - 1 day FLSA STATUS (E or N): Exempt TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional (approx. 5%) POSITIONS SUPERVISED: Two (2) EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $87,499 to $120,311 Annually The pay ranges listed above are for each position's base pay only. POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing (HTA)'s cash and related financial assets to support the achievement of HTA's business objectives and strategy. Critical success factors of the position include maintaining HTA liquidity, optimizing investments, ensuring short- and long-term financing needs, timely and accurate cash application, identifying & mitigating foreign exchange risk, cutting edge use of information technology, and effective collaboration with other departments.
