Multimedia Specialist - Hoffman Estates, IL

Crystal Clean is a leader in the environmental services industry, committed to sustainability and innovative waste management solutions. We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our growing marketing communications team. This role will play a key part in designing engaging content across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

Position Overview

The Multimedia Specialist will focus on creating high-quality graphics, videos, and print materials to support Crystal Clean's marketing, branding, and internal communication efforts. This role requires a combination of technical design skills, creative storytelling, and a strong understanding of branding.

Specific Duties:

• Content Creation: Design multimedia content, including graphics, videos, print materials, and digital media that align with brand guidelines.
• Video Production: Draft storyboards, film, and edit videos for internal training and external marketing.
• Graphic & Print Design: Update and maintain a library of digital and print advertising materials to reflect current branding standards.
• Branding Consistency: Ensure all content follows brand consistency across all mediums.
• Web & Digital Design: Apply web design fundamentals to corporate and internal websites following best practices for user experience and impactful design.
• Photography: Capture and edit high-quality photos for marketing and corporate use.
• Sales Enablement: Develop and manage multimedia content, such as sales decks, digital flyers, videos, etc. to be utilized by sales teams and accessed through a centralized platform.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to support content needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose new creative approaches.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and experience with video production, including filming, editing, and motion graphics. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of print design principles, web design fundamentals, and typography.
• Photography Skills: Experience in photography and photo editing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Travel Requirements: This role may travel up to 20% based on project needs.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000, and includes benefits such as the following:
