ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual audit process. 2. Identify areas of risk and implement controls to mitigate them. 3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 4. Collaborate with the CFO and other senior leaders to develop financial strategies. 5. Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. 6. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. 7. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. 8. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting processes. 9. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders - including the Audit Committee and external auditors. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. 2. Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 3. Expert knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and internal audit processes. 4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Talking, Hearing, Seeing 2. Standing, Sitting, Walking, and Fingering 3.
