LVN - Occupational Health Category: Healthcare Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-385618 Occupational Health LVN needed for a full-time temp contract opportunity with Yoh's well-known client located in Chatsworth, CA. This clinic offers occupational, primary, and preventative care for employees. Must be comfortable working autonomously as you will be the only medical professional onsite. Job is to cover a leave of absence starting ASAP (June 2nd) and will be ongoing until further notice (no set end date as of yet). --> SHIFTS: Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm Top Skills You Should Possess: Active/unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in state of California Minimum (2) years' experience as a Nurse Prefer experience in: Occupational Health, Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Corrections, School Nursing, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Family Practice type setting Computer skills (charting, emails, scheduling, etc) Recent clinical experience and strong first-aid skills What You'll Be Doing: Triage and provide nursing services or arrange for higher level of care to employees who become ill or suffer a workplace injury Basic first-aid (ie headaches, cuts, scrapes, etc) Promote health/wellness Blood pressure checks Biometric screenings Coordinate/schedule telemedicine visits Telephonic triage Respond to medical emergencies What You Need to Bring to the Table: BLS/CPR certified Passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace Professional, dedicated, friendly, and helpful employee What's In It For You?
