With over 20 years of experience in EDA product development and deployment, you bring deep expertise in RTL2GDS flows, advanced node technologies, and physical design engines.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading the Platform Solutions team responsible for developing best-in-class flows and methodologies for IP and SOC design.
  • Collaborating closely with R&D and IP partners to drive SOC platform development through phases such as PPA entitlement, product integration, and leveraging AI/ML technologies.
  • Managing a team of RTL2GDS solution engineers focused on delivering a full-flow digital implementation solution with signoff.
  • Driving the integration of new node design recipes and new product features into the Fusion platform.
  • Leading debug and analysis efforts on engine issues, providing quick prototype solutions (e.g., TCL/Perl) to extend EDA engine capabilities.
  • Spearheading AI/ML and design analytics initiatives to enhance design productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensuring the delivery of production-quality flows to IP and services design teams.

What You'll Need:
  • Educational Background: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • 20+ years of experience in EDA product development/deployment and full-flow design tapeout.
    • Deep understanding of RTL2GDS flows and methodologies.
    • Expertise in advanced node technologies (5nm, 3nm, 2nm) and their associated challenges.
    • Strong knowledge of physical design engines (Placement, Optimization, Routing) and their interactions.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive solutions in a collaborative environment.
    • Strategic mindset with tactical problem-solving capabilities.
    • Experience coaching and developing team members to maximize their potential.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to interface effectively with customers, R&D teams, and business units.
