Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning are powerful tools reshaping the landscape at American Family Insurance. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive transformative projects across all facets of our business, including Claims, Pricing & Underwriting, Reserving, Sales, Marketing, and the Contact Center. You will report to the Data Science Senior Manager. You will participate in critical projects, design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions that enhance customer experiences, refine operations, and drive profitable growth. Your responsibilities will include pioneering product and business model innovations, working with multi-modal datasets, and using cloud computing environments. You will have experience with successful AI/ML projects and experience with creative, scalable solutions.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110. Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
