THE JOB:

We're searching for a Senior Manager to lead the Rolex Boutique at Bellagio, where luxury, leadership, and legacy meet. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, elevate the client experience, and guide a team of sales professionals to deliver on excellence, engagement, and results. If you have a passion for luxury retail, team development, and operational excellence, this is your moment to lead with distinction.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serve as the key link between sales, operations, and clients to deliver exceptional service while meeting company goals and staying within budget

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and identify business opportunities

• Boost revenue through creative marketing, in-store events, and effective visual merchandising

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to meet client experience and performance targets

• Promote a guest-first approach and address client needs effectively

• Foster a team-focused environment with performance feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a luxury retail supervisory/ management role

• Current knowledge of watch trends and competition in the marketplace

• Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry or timepieces, is highly preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
