THE JOB:
Help shape the voice of one of the most iconic brands in hospitality. As a Marketing Specialist at MGM National Harbor, you'll drive high-impact campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and turn insights into action that captivates audiences and elevates the guest experience. This is your chance to blend creativity with strategy and make your mark in a fast-paced, powerhouse marketing team.

THE SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Will need flexibility to work evening or weekend events based on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Campaign Coordination: Support key verticals-casino marketing, public relations, and brand-by helping manage the details that bring campaigns to life. From timelines to team communication, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers impact.

• Turn Data Into Action: Review campaign results and help shape smarter strategies by identifying what's working-and what can be improved.

• Bring Fresh Ideas to the Table: Join brainstorms and strategy sessions where your ideas are not only welcomed-they're expected. Be part of shaping new campaigns and bringing fresh energy to the brand.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Support marketing operations by making sure teams have the tools, insights, and resources they need to do their best work.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of Marketing experience
