Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Technical Lead, CRM to join us in our Digital Technology, CRM & Site Solutions team based out of Atlanta, GA (hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Technology CRM & Site Solutions, this individual will partner with the UCB's Business Unites, Data & Analytics team and Commercial Field Market Access teams to lead projects, use technology systems, and manage technical support resources (internal/ external) ensuring scalability of CRM systems and processes for the US market.

What you'll do

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build collaborative relationships with business partners and external vendors to deliver on company and departmental strategies and initiatives. Shape demand and requirements; challenge where appropriate. Drive decisions and influence team members and business partners, within span of control.
  • Project Management Leadership: Manage local and global projects based on business requirements in line with the IT Project Management Framework.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the IT SME for CRM throughout the global organization. Maintain awareness of industry trends, identify opportunities for business process and technology improvements and value creation. Also stay current on all related legal, regulatory or compliance requirements and related best practices.
  • Vendor/Partner Management: Support the evaluation, selection, and management of CRM partners. Drive cost savings and efficiencies. Design and implement best-in-class technical and/or operational support frameworks leveraging internal resources and third-parties
  • Solution Support: Ensuing timely resolution of user problems within assigned areas of responsibility and delivery of agreed upon SLA's related to system uptime, data loads, etc. Responsible for all system updates including testing, validation, acceptance and deployment activities. Support and/or Lead the software delivery lifecycle ("SDLC") for the CRM system for the given domain

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7+ years' experience in full systems life cycle management and deployment experience in Veeva or Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in the support of computerized System Validation, part 11 compliance, SOX compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
  • Veeva Administrator Certification, Veeva Event Management Admin Certification, or Salesforce Administrator strongly preferred
  • Experience with technology systems to support commercial/go-to-market teams in the life sciences industry
  • Experience working with Creative agencies in support of Marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements (Data Security, Encryption, storage, handling, etc) and associated system impacts.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $124,000-163,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
