The Associate Manager - Central Marketing is responsible for the planning, development and execution of TDS's strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. This includes campaigns that support new customer acquisition as well as nurturing existing customers. These activities will drive sales to meet company objectives for market penetration, gross adds and revenue targets. The Associate Manager - Central Marketing leads, develops, implements and manages commercial lead generation and promotional campaigns across TDS markets using traditional and digital marketing tactics. This includes planning and coordinating of events, submitting job requests, creative proofing, and campaign execution. This role will be a key resource for the team in monitoring tactical success and reporting on initiatives. They will serve as a supporting role to the marketing organization. In addition, The Associate Manager - Central Marketing will manage other projects of medium scope programs to drive new customer acquisition and increase market penetration. This may include working with Product Management to develop special offers and working with peers to create market-specific campaign strategies. This position will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to support these programs and will be responsible for analyzing these initiatives for success, including collaborating within the team to find opportunities for improving results. The role will provide ongoing operational support for the use and enhancement of marketing and sales automation technologies, such as Salesforce. This includes process and list development, as well as hands-on work within our CRM and Marketing Automation software for commercial marketing initiative support. This position is expected to maintain and understand TDS market areas along with product availability and competitive threats. This role will work with all functional areas such as marketing, sales and product management to help facilitate sales and access market opportunities. Responsibilities
