In the Integration Analyst position, you'll manage new and existing third-party e-commerce customer integrations to drive online ordering and make it easier for customers to do business with Direct Supply. You'll collaborate across internal teams-including Sales, Technology, Operations, and Financial Services-while also working directly with customers and third-party e-commerce platforms to support integration efforts and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do and Impact:
Manage integration-related relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and third-party e-commerce platforms. Evaluate new integration requests and lead implementation from initial request through successful rollout, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners. Leverage AI and other technologies to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain and support existing customer integrations, including issue resolution and ongoing system performance. Proactively identify and implement strategies to improve processes and systems, reducing manual effort and better meeting customer needs. Develop, update, and maintain procedural and training documentation related to third-party e-commerce customer integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience working with customers, third-party vendors, data, systems, or in a project management capacity Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong judgment and communication skills with the ability to escalate issues effectively across organizational levels and functions
Additional Items of Interest:
Integration experience in high transaction, technology driven environment Familiarity with Code, including: CXML, EDI, Python, or other related codes Formal project management training and experience
