What Your Role Looks Like

As a Customer Service Representative, your day revolves around helping people. You spend most of your time responding to customer inquiries via phone and email-assisting with everything from order tracking to account setup. You also reach out to customers who've recently ordered, attended training, or opened new accounts, ensuring they feel supported and appreciated.

You're part of a friendly, upbeat team that values positivity and collaboration. Your supervisor is a supportive and empowering leader who provides the tools and guidance you need to succeed-and is always available to help you grow with confidence and clarity.



What You'll Tackle Each Day

  • Respond to customer inquiries across all business units via phone and email
  • Deliver warm, professional, and confident service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Navigate Oracle and IBVI's eCommerce platforms with ease and accuracy
  • Manage order entry, purchase research, inventory checks, and shipping updates independently using Oracle
  • Represent IBVI's mission and values as a brand ambassador
