Line Attendant (12 Hour PM Crew Schedule)

Schedule: Crew A - PM Shift (Wednesday Start)
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Crew A operates on a 12-hour overnight schedule, beginning on Wednesdays. This shift allows for extended time off between workweeks and is ideal for individuals seeking a consistent long-term schedule.

As a Line Attendant, you'll be responsible for preparing and in-feeding product into packaging equipment, inspecting product and packaging, and packing cases with finished goods cheese. Some production lines also require stacking cases on pallets. This position requires frequent reaching, grasping, lifting and carrying.

Start: $22.37

90 Day: $23.74

1 Year: $24.18

This position is eligible for $2.00 Shift differential pay.

Essential Job Functions:

• 
  

  Set up, operate, and change over packaging and palletizing equipment

  
  
• 
  

  Pack cases from fast-paced lines ensuring accurate weights (up to 45 lb.)

  
  
• 
  

  Inspect packaging for film, label, and date accuracy

  
  
• 
  

  Stack cases on pallets from floor level to shoulder height

  
  
• 
  

  Place cheese sticks into thermoformed pockets

  
  
• Must be able to read to determine if packaging and labeling information is correct
• Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
• 
  

  Maintain reliable attendance and meet staffing needs
