Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary Range:

* Salary: Salary range is $70,000-$80,000, but actual salary will depend on experience, education, and skills

Your Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of online billing account management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth processing.
* Proactively manage distributor and DFOA accounts, including our key partnership with Mercedes-Benz, sup-porting seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee FUCHS Smart Services accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution of outstanding items.
* Process billing for grant funds with precision and attention to detail, maintaining compliance with funding requirements.
* Set up new customer accounts promptly and accurately.
* Issue tax credits efficiently, ensuring correct application and documentation to support internal and external audit standards.
* Provide vacation coverage for Credit Analysts and Cash Applications Specialists, ensuring team continuity and excellent support during absences.
* Lead the investigation of short payments (ZA accounts), working cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong customer relations.
* Monitor and respond to the FUCHS Billing mailbox, acting as a reliable point of contact for billing inquiries and internal coordination.

Qualifications we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
* 5 + years' accounting experience.
* SAP/S4 Hana, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, Power BI a plus.
* Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
