Our client, a global semiconductor manufacturing company located in Boise, ID, is seeking an experienced accountant for a 5 month, full-time contract role. This position is fully remote and available to candidates in the US. The right candidate is a highly organized and communicative individual for assisting in the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture track and report revenue including deferred revenue in accordance with the company revenue recognition policy. The individual may generate revenue reports for internal and/or external use interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders and be involved in reviewing tracking and maintaining billing information in the financial systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of revenue recognition principles and is proficient with Microsoft Office. 5-7 years of experience preferred. #LI-JT1
