Data Validation Analyst
The Data Validation Analyst position is a role within Loan Closing and is responsible for reviewing data contained in the loan approval document to confirm integrity of data entered in bank systems. This position is also responsible for entering data upon completion of validation of data integrity and is a partner to the Loan Closing Officers in advancing an approved transaction from credit approval through booking on the loan accounting system. - Partners with Loan Closing Officers to ensure data integrity and bring loans to closing.
- Analyzes and validates data stated on the loan approval and in bank systems.
- Understands due diligence requirements.
- Understands and maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory issues to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensures all key operational metrics, service quality, productivity and overall efficiencies are met.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma OR equivalent
- 3 years of banking OR Financial service environment experience
- 2 years of commercial loan experience
- 2 years of analysis experience
- 2 years of customer service experience in a virtual and in-person environment
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
