Lead Digital Imaging Generalist

POSITION PURPOSE: Oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Oversees day to day operations of job site.
• Achieves customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner.
• Set up job in accordance with customer requirements.
• Quality Assurance POC ensuring error-free results per customer specifications using company scanners (accuracy and completeness of electronic file; comparing electronic version with paper version to verify the wholeness of the scanning task).
• Enter appropriate indexes and output files to required formats.
• Maintains optimal machine performance.
• Completes all records and documentation in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
• Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Works in a safe manner while correcting and reporting unsafe activity and conditions.
• Effectively works with all employees.
• Performs or supervises task set-up, distribution, and put-away
• Directly responsible for health, safety and security of self and assigned workers.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment, supplies, and production materials inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Versability Resources, Inc.
• Assures daily organization and cleanliness of assigned area.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma with experience and/or training in document imaging is preferred. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is also preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently, as well as the ability to work closely with others while communicating effectively, both orally and written.
• Highly detailed oriented.
• Valid Driver's License

Environmental:

* Must be able to lift (50) pounds, bend through full range of motion and stand for extended periods of time

* Work the occasional weekend when requested.
