Description

AirMasters, a division of RISE Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill ourControls Project Manager position, located in our Fall River, MA location. This position is full time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 4:00pm. This candidate will sit within our HVAC Controls department.

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BAS projects throughout southeastern MA, RI, and Cape Cod.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all job-related matters throughout the construction phase and into the warranty period, tasked with identifying optimal solutions for any issues within the parameters of comprehensive job understanding and budget constraints.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers, contractors, and employees, diligently following up on all aspects of multiple projects.
  • Review and comprehend specifications and construction blueprint drawings to utilize in digital, pneumatic, and electric control systems.
  • Oversee the field installation and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Manage HAVC project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Assist with control project estimating.



Requirements:



  • 4-year Degree, Bachelor of Science degree, or a related Engineering Field, preferably Mechanical or Electrical fields.
  • In lieu of a college degree, a minimum of (5) years of field experience working with a mechanical contractor, control contractor, or balancing contractor will be acceptable.
  • HVACand/or Industrial system knowledge. Candidate must have an understanding on the operation of boilers, chillers, air-handling units, constant vs. variable volume systems, and the knowledge of otherHVACequipment and their use. Any experience with Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Tridium DDC systems is a plus.
  • Experience with managing people and managing project financial budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.



Physical Demands:



  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, climb ladders, sit, and stand.
  • Ability to lift, and or move up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to see with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Ability to work in construction sites with dust, dirt, and loud noises.
