Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our HR Technology team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of SAP SuccessFactors. Your technical expertise will play a critical role in optimizing our SAP system to meet business objectives and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary technical resource on SAP SuccessFactors. Lead architecture discussions, influence technical decisions, and ensure alignment on roadmaps.

* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

* Drive the implementation of SAP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration activities.

* Have an in-depth understanding of SAP product capabilities by reviewing roadmap and release notes.

* Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and IT teams. Present technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, advocating for technology solutions that drive business value.

* Stay abreast of SAP industry trends and best practices. Champion innovation initiatives and propose fresh solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

* Provide mentorship and guidance to Functional Owners and MSPs.

* Lead the developments of Enhancements, including data flows, process flows and integration diagrams.

Qualifications

* Appropriate SAP SuccessFactors certifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Analytical with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

* Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

* Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve results.

* A cheerful outlook and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time.

Education

* BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
