You will lead our HR Business Partner team, Organizational Effectiveness, and Corporate Learning functions, driving impactful programs across the organization. From providing strategic planning support to organizational design and change management leadership, you'll be a key advisor and influencer. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Visionary Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness, and Corporate Learning teams, cultivating a collaborative, high-performing culture that drives enterprise-wide impact.
  • Strategic Talent Alignment: Shape and execute integrated talent strategies that align with business objectives. Partner closely with business units to address talent needs using data-driven insights, workforce analytics, and proactive planning.
  • Organizational Design & Transformation: Lead end-to-end organizational design efforts, from strategy through implementation. Guide teams through business transitions, ensuring smooth integration, talent alignment, and measurable effectiveness.
  • Enterprise Learning & Development: Drive enterprise-wide learning strategies tied to strategic priorities, including skills architecture, curriculum design, compliance training, and the development of learning metrics to evaluate impact.
  • Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Oversee leadership and management development programs that elevate leadership capability across levels. Lead succession planning and talent reviews to build robust pipelines of future leaders.
  • Employee Engagement & Listening Strategy: Build a culture of engagement by developing and executing strategies based on employee feedback. Lead associate listening efforts and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
  • Change & Assessment Leadership: Champion HR change initiatives with proven change management strategies. Oversee the design and interpretation of assessments to inform talent development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Extensive Leadership Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience in talent management functions, including organizational and leadership development and/or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Exceptional Leadership and People Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams with high emotional intelligence (EQ), effectively developing and coaching individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Program & Change Leadership: Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling leadership development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Strategic Problem Solver: Brings advanced critical thinking and analytical capabilities to identify root causes of organizational challenges and deliver data-informed, innovative solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Execution-Oriented Visionary: Combines strategic foresight with a hands-on approach to execution, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and consistently delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Influential Communicator & Partner: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics, deliver impactful presentations, and influence key stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Business & Compliance Acumen: Offers solid financial stewardship, including budget management and alignment with organizational priorities, along with knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements to mitigate risk.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.



PREFERRED:



  • HR Certification Preferred: Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred, demonstrating commitment to HR excellence and continuous professional development.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the finance or insurance industry highly valued, with an understanding of the regulatory environment, business dynamics, and talent needs specific to these sectors.
