Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team. Are you ready to lead a team of skilled and dedicated technical writers focused on internal documentation? Snowflake Documentation is currently seeking a Senior Documentation Manager to support a dynamic group of technical writers that are responsible for maintaining high-quality and accurate documentation for internal developer productivity tools and frameworks at Snowflake. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical writers, engineering teams, and product managers to define and scope content deliverables, establish priorities, and ensure the delivery of a top-tier content experience. As a manager, you will also be hands-on with developing content and content programs to support the team and improve technical documentation quality. Ideal candidates for this position will possess a strong technical background, exceptional written and oral skills, and extensive experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Previous involvement with developer documentation and exceptional people management abilities are prerequisites for success in this role. Proficiency in at least one of the leading cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), coupled with programming and SQL experience, is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
