Our 18-month Finance Rotational Development Program (RDP) is designed to give you real-world exposure to core financial functions while providing mentorship, professional development, and a pathway to leadership. This immersive program offers four key rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Internal Audit, and Treasury, equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in the finance industry. You'll gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and risk management while seeing firsthand how finance drives business strategy. What You'll Gain
