Launch Your Finance Career with Hands-On Experience and Impactful Projects

Are you a recent graduate excited to kick-start your career in finance? Our 18-month Finance Rotational Development Program (RDP) is designed to give you real-world exposure to core financial functions while providing mentorship, professional development, and a pathway to leadership.

This immersive program offers four key rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Internal Audit, and Treasury, equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in the finance industry. You'll gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and risk management while seeing firsthand how finance drives business strategy.

What You'll Gain

Your Rotations & Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (6 months)

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in developing budgets and forecasts that drive business performance.

  • Gain hands-on experience with financial modeling tools, including Workday Adaptive, Incorta, and Excel.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Accounting /Controls (6 months)

  • Support month-end closing activities and financial statement preparation.

  • Assist with account reconciliations and gain insight into accounting principles.

  • Assist with end-to-end deep dive process reviews and maintenance of the Risk and Control Matrix

  • Shadow internal auditors and learn about risk management and compliance frameworks.

Operations Finance (6 months)

  • Analyze and update the month-end plant performance reporting package to better visualize variances to AOP.

  • Support the month-end closing process and identify areas to enhance tie-out to our EPM consolidated management EBITDA reports.

  • Partner with Fixed Asset and Treasury/Tax teams to support capital project closures in a timely manner and identify cash flow impacts for capital project payments.

Sharpen Your Soft Skills

  • Communication: Present to leadership, refine professional writing, and engage in networking events.

  • Leadership: Lead initiatives, shadow executives, and participate in leadership development workshops.

Who We're Looking For

  • Spring 2024 to Spring 2025 graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

  • Enthusiasm for financial strategy, planning, and decision-making.

Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $52,800.00 - $66,000.00 + overtime

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
